These terms cover this website (workpen.app) and the Workpen application.

The app

Workpen is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It works with AI models, which can make mistakes. You are responsible for the files it creates, changes or deletes in your folders, and for checking them before you rely on them for any purpose. Keep your own backups. Workpen records a history of your project folder, but that is a convenience and not a backup.

Your models and keys

Workpen sends your messages and the files the model reads to the model service you set up, using your own API key or a local model. That service's own terms and prices apply to you, and any charges are yours. Workpen does not supply a model and does not pay for one. See Privacy for what leaves your computer.

Your files

Your files and chats stay on your computer, and you keep all rights in what you create with Workpen.

Workflows

A workflow is a set of plain files that tells the model how to work. The workflows that come with Workpen are provided as-is. A workflow from someone else can instruct the model to act on your project folder, so read a workflow before you use it.

Release and pricing

Workpen is in development and has not been released. Terms for any purchase or license will be added here when it is.

Changes

These terms may change as the app and the site change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
